Lighter Roasted Red Pepper Dip

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 cup roasted red pepper
  • 2 tablespoons toasted almonds
  • 1 ounce whole grain bread
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon sherry wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in a food processor. process until smooth.
