Red Bell Pepper Paste

Ingredients
- 2 large red bell peppers, roasted and cut into chunks
- 3/4 cup walnuts
- 4 -5 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 2 -3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 lemon, juice of
- black pepper (to taste)
- 2/3 cup feta cheese, crumbled (optional)
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed (optional)
- 1 tablespoon tomato puree (optional)
Recipe
- 1 put all ingredients except olive oil and walnuts in a blender. blend until smooth.
- 2 slowly add olive oil and walnuts, continue blending.
- 3 make sure not to over-mix, the walnuts should still be left in small pieces.
