Loaded Potato Pizza

Total Time: 2 hrs 20 mins Preparation Time: 2 hrs Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 3/4 cups flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 (1/4 ounce) packet fast rising yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese (cubed)
  • 1 cup sliced red potatoes (roasted)
  • 1/3 cup bacon (cooked and chopped)
  • 1/2 cup green onion (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (low moisture)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing

Recipe

  • 1 add ingredients to bread maker on dough setting.
  • 2 slice baby red potatoes about 1/8 inch thick. toss in oil, salt, and pepper and roast at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
  • 3 mix sour cream and ranch together until completed incorporated.
  • 4 once the dough is ready, roll out on a floured surface and let rise another 15 minutes.
  • 5 coat the dough lightly with oil. place potatoes on dough evenly.
  • 6 top with cubed mozzarella, shredded mozzarella, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  • 7 sprinkle the pizza with the bacon and green onions.
  • 8 bake in 400 degree oven until the edges turned brown.
  • 9 top with the sour cream/ranch mixture.
