Roasted Asparagus With Lemon

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 lbs asparagus
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 lemon, scrubbed
  • coarse salt
  • fresh ground black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 400.
  • 2 toss asparagus with olive oil and season to taste with salt and pepper. slice lemon very thin and layer on a baking sheet. spread asparagus over top of the lemon and roast for 15 minutes. aspargus should become tender and just starting to brown.
  • 3 serve.
