Roasted Asparagus With Balsamic Vinegar

Ingredients
- cooking spray
- 40 asparagus spears, trimmed (about 2 pounds)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- 2 arrange asparagus in a single layer on a baking sheet; coat with cooking spray.
- 3 sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- 4 bake for 12 minutes or until tender.
- 5 melt butter in a small skillet over medium heat; cook 3 minutes or until lightly browned, shaking pan occasionally.
- 6 remove from heat; stir in soy sauce and balsamic vinegar.
- 7 drizzle over asparagus, tossing well to coat.
