Roasted Asparagus And Thyme

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 3 lbs fresh asparagus, trimmed
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons fresh minced thyme or 3/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 place asparagus in a roasting pan or baking pan lined with heavy duty foil.
  • 2 drizzle with oil and toss to coat.
  • 3 sprinkle with thyme, salt and pepper.
  • 4 bake, uncovered at 425' for 10-15 min or until crisp-tender.
