Hot Artichoke Dip

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped roasted red pepper
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 1/3 cups french-fried onions, divided

Recipe

  • 1 preheat the oven to 375°f.
  • 2 in a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, parmesan cheese, peppers, artichoke, and 2/3 cup of the french fried onions. spread into a 9 inch pie plate.
  • 3 bake the dip for approximately 25 minutes. remove from the oven and top with the remaining 2/3 cup of french fried onions. return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes - just long enough to brown the onions slightly.
