Hot Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped roasted red pepper
- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 1/3 cups french-fried onions, divided
Recipe
- 1 preheat the oven to 375°f.
- 2 in a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, parmesan cheese, peppers, artichoke, and 2/3 cup of the french fried onions. spread into a 9 inch pie plate.
- 3 bake the dip for approximately 25 minutes. remove from the oven and top with the remaining 2/3 cup of french fried onions. return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes - just long enough to brown the onions slightly.
