- 2 -3 green chilies, roasted peeled and chopped
- 1 lb low fat grated monterey jack cheese
- 12 eggs
- 1 (16 ounce) container low-fat sour cream
Recipe
- 1 layer the chiles with the grated cheese in a buttered or greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
- 2 combine the eggs and sour cream and pour over the top.
- 3 bake for 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven until it puffs like a soufflé.
