Low Fat Blue Cheese Dressing

Ingredients
- 3 1/2 ounces blue cheese
- 12 ounces part-skim ricotta cheese
- 12 fluid ounces buttermilk
- 2 fluid ounces cider vinegar
- 1/2 fluid ounce worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon roasted garlic
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cracked black pepper
- salt, to taste
Recipe
- 1 combine cheeses, buttermilk, vinegar, worcestershire, and garlic.
- 2 puree until smooth.
- 3 stir in chives and pepper.
- 4 season to taste.
- 5 refrigerate.
